It is actually an AX5000 bought at Costco. I make it through every step except for the very last, critical one (connecting to wifi). Dynamic IP is correct and LAN is shut off.

Hi, would there be any error message on the Deco APP?

How about the LED light on the main Deco, solid red, or green?
