Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.5.8 BUild 20230619 Rel. 48552.

All devices connected to m4r tower. 0 devices connected to m3w. I don't know how long it's been like this but performance for devices that are not close to the M4R is terrible. We cannot use the Roku in the room farthest from the M4R. Why aren't M3Ws being utilized? Spent an hour with chat people, they could not resolved and are supposedly escalating. Anybody have any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, the latest firmware 1.0.7 of Deco M3W doesn't support displaying the connected devices on the Deco APP. I think some mobile devices are connected to Deco M3w but they don't show up like what they actually are on the Deco APP.
