Hi, I just bought the deco x55 and the connection itself is fine but when I log into my remote work through "Any Connect" VPN, the deco seems to sever the connection. This did not happen with my previous router. I do not have access to a hard wire for my work PC. Any idea what could be?
Hi, welcome to the community.
Are you trying to say that:
When the work PC is on Deco WiFi, after getting connected to the company VPN via Cisco Any Connect, the VPN traffic does not go through the VPN tunnel, and it still goes through normal Deco wan connection so you are unable to access the company files.
Since Deco X55_V1 also supports the VPN server/client, have you configured its built-in VPN features?
