Since the S4 has not yet received an update allowing for an IoT network, you should consider trying to configure the vacuums to use your Guest Network - the Guest Network often has increased compatibility and would often allow IoT devices to connect and communicate with their services on the internet.

Its definitely a workaround, but try moving the vacuums away from your Deco nodes to perform the setup, simply putting the vacuum in a place where the 2.4 would be used over the 5 has been known to help get the device connected.

Once or IF you can get the device connected, you want to disable the Fast Roaming and Mesh Technology settings if you continue to see problems.
