Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.0 20231229 rel 43148

Reboot and logging are not in sync with time as displayed in unit. 1 hour difference. Reboots are occurring one hour earlier than scheduled. Logs are stamped 1 hour later than the deco system time displays.

Hi, May I know your current time zone?

The current system time is the same as the actual time, but the log time of Deco is one hour later than the system time(actual time), right?

Text did not get carried with the screens scrape. Time on laptop home screen and on the web display are 1 hour apart. On the app system and app times are in sync.

Thank you very much and the case has been reported to the senior engineers.

I will update the post once the solution is available.

By the way, if you change the region on the web UI to another place-"Los_Angeles" for example, then switch it back to "New_York", will it help re-sync the time zone?
