Port not working
Deco 6E has 3 port for direct connection. The upper port is not working. Its working in the past just error occur.
what I did to resolve it.
1. Reboot. Not Working
2. replace internet cable. Not working
3. transfer to port 2. it Work
Its seem the upport is the only one not working.
What next to do.

Are you still having the same issue now?
I noticed you mentioned Deco 6E but the selected model Deco BE65 is Wi-Fi 7. Do you have a different model, like Deco XE75/XE75 Pro?

Same with XE75. I reviewed several other posts on this forum (mainly with XE5300s) with the same issue and tried all suggested troubleshooting tips. I have two units, swapped the primary and sattelite unit and same thing. Top port appears dead with both units.
