Best to look up "gta port forwarding" online as there are differences based on the device you use.

As a general rule, when setting up port forwarding, first you need the MAC address of the device and the device IP address assigned by the router something like 192.168.0.119. Then you add the device's IP address to the router's reservation table so it always use that IP address for that device otherwise the router will assign a different IP and port forwarding will stop working, roboot the router and ensure it is using the correct IP address, then you set up your ports based on the ports needed for your device, reboot the router, and test. Most devices the internal and external ports are the same number. Set the protocal per instructions. 

  @ArcherC8 thanks for replying, already have binded the mac and ip adress to my pc in my router settings, I wanted to know where each numbers go on the table, any idea?

  @terziyski Yes I will add these and check, thanks for the detailed info, I had done this using ai's chat settings, there were a few slight changes to do from your settings, so I did what you have shown in the images above. Hoping for the best!
