Deco xe5300
I keep getting the error that says Ethernet cable not connected. I've tried multiple cables in every port and every tower.

Hi, could you refer to the product label on the Deco XE75 to check whether the hardware version is V1.6 or V2.6?
How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device
Have you also checked the Ethernet port on the cable modem? The modem could also have a broken port.
-If the cable modem has been checked by the ISP already, it is also suggested to contact the local technical support to check for warranty:

Thank you very much and best regards.
