Unable to get WAN IP
Unable to fetch WAN IP when connected to the Modem.
Worked for more than a year and suddenly stopped working. When i connect my old eero routers, they are working fine
T/S steps so far:
1) Rebooted devices- not resolved
2) factory reset and added new network- not resolved
3) swapped the satellites to make it as the main router- not resolved
i ran out of ideas and opened a ticket with tp-link- pending response.
please post any ideas or any troubleshooting steps to try.. thanks in advance
