Deco keeps losing internet connectivity
Having issues with the Deco disconnecting multiple times per day, having to cycle power to resolve.
I have a 2 piece set, one downstairs connected to the modem (which is connected to the fiber optic port on the wall) and one upstairs
I am currently connected to NTT in Japan, I do not know if there have been other issues like this. Nothing pops up when I use the keyword "NTT"
I do now know if the problem is the service or the fiber connection in the house or the Deco but I would like to get steps towards resolving this as it seems like I cannot get through a movie without losing internet connectivity.
I do not have issues (anymore) with speeds, when I use the Deco app my speeds line up pretty well with what I should be getting
