So I am assisting my friend in configuring his new modem with ATT and I configured IP passthrough but the Deco isn't even showing up as a device on the network when plugged into Ethernet. I already reset the Deco to try and see if that would fix it, as well as trying different Decos and different Ethernet ports. If anyone has had a similar issue with the BGW 320-500 I would love to get some advice on how to fix this.
