How do I remove a device client device so that it obtains another IP via DHCP?
Why do you want to obtain another IP address? Do you want to assign a fixed IP address to the device?
Devices usually remember the previous IP address, and ask the DHCP server if they can continue using it. Do you want your device to forget this preferred IP address?
Ideally, you should assign the device a reserved address. Open Deco App > More > Advanced > Address Reservation. However, keep in mind if your device has the ability to do a private Wi-Fi address like Apple and Android devices now do, you will need to disable that feature. This is because these features change the identification address the Deco will use to assign IPs and when these features are enabled could change each time your device connects to the network.
