Do you mean the time zone of the Router Web UI or the time zone on the PC will be changed to Singapore?

If the time zone on your laptop is unstable, I suggest checking whether a VPN is causing the misjudgment. Please disable the VPN for comparison,

Are there any third-party software that might be interfering? Such as remote control tools or clock synchronization software. Turn them off for a try.

If you have a different laptop, please compare it with the other laptop to see if it experiences the same issue.
