Status showing NO-IP as DDNS service instead of tp-link

I'm trying to use tp-link DDNS as my default DDNS service. I've successfully logged in to tplink, registered my hostname, and tested it, and it works great, but every time I check the 'status' on my router, it shows my old NO-IP DDNS settings instead. How can I get it to save/show tp-link DDNS as the default?
Thanks!

Hello@PlayDoh99,
Welcome to our community.
Did you set up DDNS (NO-IP)? If so, we recommend deleting the old NO-IP configuration.
Please confirm that the new configuration is correct: How to set up TP-LINK DDNS on TP-Link Wireless Router (New Logo)
If it doesn't work properly, please click here.

Thank you, @Joseph-TP. Yes, at one time, I was subscribed to NO-IP for DDNS services, however I decided to switch to the free tp-link service. I do not see an option to delete or de-register NO-IP on the router; am I missing something?
Thank you for your assistance!

Hi@PlayDoh99 ,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It is recommended that you hard reset the router for a try:
Press and hold the RESET button until the LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.
