OpenVPN issue

I am trying to set up a VPN Client on my deco router in the app. I am using cyberghost with OpenVPN for the config files and the process is just getting stuck on Connecting... with no DNS populating.
I did troubleshooting with everything I can possible find online and nothing is working..
I tried to add the ca, cert, and key to the ovpn file and nothing works
I tried setting WAN dns to 8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1
tried UDP, tried TCP
Nothing works
does anyone have word of advice? I can provide more details if needed

See if either of these links help. You may need to follow the steps in both link's Im not sure but i would start with the 1st link and if it still wont work try the steps in the 2nd link

Ok if none of the following work I will have you open up a ticket with support to see if they can help you out
There are 4 different things to try just try one at a time and if it still wont work then move on to the next one

@HelpFixDecoApp Thanks again for your reply. It doesnt seem like all of these really apply to my current case, but regardless still not working. The app just gets suck on connecting.. server IP populates but DNS does not as image shows

It is suggested to send an email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following details:
Subject:[Forum Escalation][ID 837238]OpenVPN issue on Deco XE75 Pro-1.2.14
- A copy of the OpenVPN config file
- A copy of the web UI system log: Deco web interface login (please disable the VPN client on the Deco APP first, and restart Deco once. Then enable the VPN client and upload the VPN config file again, and save the system log)
