Deco 5300 & 4900 network does not recognize newer IP PTZ camera(s).

Existing network contains (3) POE IP cameras:  non-PTZ [x 2], PTZ [x1], all of which work fine.

Plugging a fully configured Jennov 18x zoom PTZ directly into the DECO 5300 (ethernet cable), is not recognized.

Plugging a fully configured EverSec 18x zoom PTZ directly into the Deco, yields the same result.

[camera recieves power from a POE injector.

HOWEVER, pllugging a Apple Time Capsule (set to bridge mode) into the Deco, then plugging either of the cameras into the time capsule, each cameras is identified w/o any issues.

What difference is being made?  BETA firmware availabe that may help w/ this issue?

note:  the Deco is configured as an AP (bridge), w/ IP addresses being supplied by a cable modem w/ integrated router.
