I'm not sure what you have?

From the screen capture you appear to show:

  • A Deco connected to a modem with 6 devices connected to it
  • 3 other Deco's connected to that Deco with 14 devices connected to it

So what is your physical layout Deco map actually is?

I use the Deco app on an iPhone and mine looks like this:

4bebeb44fe474eb68854391090337b9e

From your capture it appears that you have TP-Deco and 3 unnamed Deco's attached.

So do you have an AX55 3 pack and a single one? 4 X55's Deco units?

In any event, from the screen capture (Android?) you are connected to the single Deco, not the 3 satellites. When you took the screen capture there was no or little Internet Activity.

In my case, I am feeding from the router to one of the 3 deco's and then the backhaul, wireless, feeds the other 2 Satellites.

You should find somewhere an Internet Speed Test as well, that will show the incoming speed.

Welcome to the community.

If you're concerned about the downstream and upstream speeds shown in your screenshot, I'm happy to inform you that the speeds displayed on the main page or dashboard of your Deco app are not the maximum speed your ISP provides, nor the maximum speed your Deco is capable of. They represent the current, real-time throughput of your main Deco. This shows how much data is actively passing through your main Deco at that exact moment.

For more information, check out Why Does My Deco Speed Test Show Such a Low Speed?

If you haven't already, I'd recommend running a speed test using a speed testing website on a device connected to your network via Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet.

If you have any other questions, feel free to share them with the community. If you could also share some context about your expected Internet speeds (who is your ISP, and what is your speed plan?), we would have a better idea of how to help.
