5e75e743f8e04657a6eb63f984ac297c Why is 25% of my view taken up by the inside of the doorbell body? Is this normal?? It's like looking through a peephole. I've tested 3 other brands and this is the only one with this issue.

1. What's the doorbell camera's model number and hardware version?
2. Has this doorbell camera ever been dropped? Or did it show the reported phenomenon when you first started using it?
