I assume you followed the Install Guide (https://static.tp-link.com/upload/manual/2021/202112/20211229/7106509432_USB%20adapter%EF%BC%88America_4Lanuages%EF%BC%89_QIG_V2.pdf)?

It is pretty straight foward... install the H/W, install drivers if othe OS doesn't automatically do it. Then on the device, start using WiFI and connect it to the SSID of the Router Band you want to use, probably the 5Ghz band or the combined 2.4/5Ghz SSID (some routers will call this the Smart Connect SSID), and enter the P/W.... should connect and you'd be on the LAN.

Not helping, some screen captures of your WiFi SSID's it can connect too would help or any Error messages or code too.

You should connect the adapter to your device (laptop/PC) and then use it to join your router’s Wi-Fi SSID—either the 5 GHz band or the combined Smart Connect SSID. Make sure the drivers are installed correctly.

If it still doesn’t connect, please share screenshots of available Wi-Fi networks and any error messages you see—this will help pinpoint the issue.
