This is the second Archer A6 which I got from returning the original purchase and both have the same problem.  I have scheduled the wifi to be off 9pm to 9am (next day) every day.  The router is in Access Point Mode and Smart Connect enabled.  Wifi would turns itself off at 9pm, but somehow when I check it at 11pm, the wifi is back on.  When I press the power button to reboot it, the wifi will be off again.  It will stays off for a while, then back on again.

 

The wifi scheduler seems to be having issue for a while and the bug is not fixed.  I saw similar issue reported in 2022 and it's now 2025.

 

Could TP-link provide a fix?  I bought this router mainly for setting up a separate wifi for kids in the house, the scheduler is the reason for buying this model.  Please help

For comparison, could you switch to wireless router mode and test again whether the wifi schedule doesn't take effect as expected?

Apart from WiFi schedule, have you enabled any other functions at the same time? For example, the bed time, limit time, etc. of the parental control.

 

Please take screenshots with the setting and send them here,we can check for any conflicts in the Settings.
