Model: Archer BE800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20250414 rel.18315

I just got this router a little over a month ago. Upgraded from the GX90 which was rock solid. I upgraded to 10gb fiber so I had to get a new router. Ever since the network has been highly unstable. I have factory reset the router and set it all up again and still doesn't help. Occasionally when I look at the router I notice an exclamation point on the display. I login in and the exclamation point goes away. It's almost as if the router is going to sleep and disconnecting from the WAN. Is there a new US version firmware available in either beta form or released or being released soon. I notice EU got new firmware recently.

Please help. Just upgraded from 1gb to 10gb and replaced the old gx90. I can put the old GX90 in it's place and everything goes back to being stable but the gx90 only supports 2.5gb so thats not an option unfortunately.

Thanks in advance

Hello @CJ10488 ,

Welcome to our community.

It seems like the connection between the Archer BE800 and the modem is unstable. Is the Archer BE800 connected to the modem's Ethernet port or the SFP connector? Please replace the cable between the Archer BE800 and the modem and compare them.

Please ensure that the modem's LAN port is set to 10G and that it is configured to the same speed as the router's WAN port.
Go to the Network Map, click 'Archer BE800', scroll down, and check the Ethernet Status to ensure that the negotiated speed has not dropped to an abnormal level.

In particular, check the WAN port's negotiated speed both when the router is operating normally and when it is disconnected from the network.
