Hi,
 For the reported phenomenon, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
   1. On the Kasa app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please check the camera's firmware and hardware version.
   2. Do you see the reported message when watching the cloud video clips or the clips stored on the SD card? Do you see this message for all video clips?
   3. Have you subscribed to the Kasa Care/Tapo Care plan? If so, please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message, along with the creation time (date, time, and time zone) of the video clip that can't be viewed.
