alexa app showing Snapshot Unavailable on doorbell device icon.
Doorbell icon on alexa shows Snapshot Unavailable. Re-installed alexa and Tapo. Did a KD110 factory reset. Still states Snapshoot unavailble. Doorbell works but I can not view the camera from alexa, but I can from Tapo. Tapo says firmware on all devices are up to date
I have had the camera for about 2 years and It never did any of this.
