Just purchased 3 pack of the BE63
I have to setup as such:
T-Mobile Gateway -hardwire-> Deco Unit #1 - > hardwire -> Switch -> hardwire -> Deco Unit #2
Anything connected via wifi or hardwired to the switch I get 8 Mbps dwonload. When I run the test connection from the deco app I get upwards of 300Mbps
I have tried everything in AP and also in rotuer mode, no difference. I do not have QoS enabled.
Can someone help me get this solved

Have you tried to temporarily power off the two satellite Deco units to test whether the main Deco could offer a proper WiFi speed?
How about the model number of the network switch?
