Model: Archer BE6500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.9 Build 20250417 rel.46306(5553)

So my BE6500 is exhibiting odd DHCP behavior.  A device will connect and be given an IP address that is outside of the DHCP range.  Range is 192.168.0.2-192.168.1.254 and the address 192.168.176.1 gets assigned to a device sometimes.  If I set that device's info statically then things work, so this is clearly a DHCP assignment issue.  What device get's assigned that odd IP varies, always seems to be over wireless.  I've got around 50 devices connecting over various wifi methods, could I be hitting a device limit?

  @Jetpig

Never tried to have a range where the rhird digit is different.

However, I have encountered IP cameras that do this and I needed to reset the static IP in them.

Hi  @Jetpig

Welcome to the community!

Having 50 connected client devices shouldn't be a problem for your router. Does this DHCP behavior occur across multiple devices, or is it always the same device that exhibits it?

Also, has this behavior always been present since installing the router, or did it only recently manifest?

  @Ryan I've had multiple devices exhibit this behavior.  A laptop and two phones.  I wasn't present for install, but it's happened a few times over the last week or two.  Can't really speak to before then.
