VLAN
I am trying to setup some vlans on this switch. I also have a DECO X60 mesh routers. Does the router have to be vlan compatible for the vlans to work? I have the vlans setup in the network switch. Thanks!

Hi, can I have the model number of the network switch?
Do you set VLANs to isolate different wireless SSIDs?
The router needs to be VLAN compatible for the VLANs to work properly.

@David-TP The model is TL-SG1016DE v.7. I want to setup vlans for the ethernet side first, then I will work on the wifi part later.

Can you share more details on how you want to configure VLANs on the Easy Smart Switch or what you plan to achieve via VLANs?
In Wireless router mode, the Main and Guest SSIDs on Deco are isolated by VLAN IDs, which is basically the main scenario of Deco VLAN:
