Hello,

 

I recently subscribed to the trial of Advanced Parental controls but the Tether app does not allow me to access any of the features and instead notifies me that I need to upgrade. When I click the link, it says that I have subscribed successfully and then loads the Advanced Parental controls with no effect.  I have rebooted the router and restarted the Tether app on my phone.

Please restart your TP-Link product or re-login to your TP-Link ID on the Tether App. If the service still doesn’t take effect within 2 hours, please contact local support for further help.
