1. You can now tap Options on your thread, then go to Edit to enter your camera's model number, Tapo C615F, hardware, and firmware version.
2. In your situation, it may be that your camera is not configured successfully. Please try the following steps for the reported phenomenon.
1) Please ensure your router is working and has an internet connection. Please disable any special settings, such as MAC Filtering, Firewall settings, parental controls, etc., on your router if they are enabled.
2) Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then reconfigure it and test if it can be controlled remotely.
3) If the same phenomenon persists, please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
