Hello. Can anyone confirm that the BE550 - BE800 models support
a) USB tether - i.e. to a WWAN modem or phone
b) Multi-WAN backup - i.e. failover from one WAN interface to another

Welcome to our community.
The Archer BE550, Archer BE700, and Archer BE800 currently support only Wireless router and Access Point modes.
Their USB ports are explicitly designed for external storage sharing (such as SMB or FTP access to a connected USB disk), not for WAN connectivity via USB.
Regarding Multi-WAN backup or WAN failover, home models are not currently supported.
