Existing Network Not Showing Up on Phone
I trying to edit the settings of my currently functioning network on my phone, but it does not show up on my phone. The app only shows initial startup. I have made sure that I am using the correct account and nothing I have tried has work. I am not sure what to do from here.

@David-TP It is a Deco S4R AC 1200. I checked my other email to be sure, and when I tried to do a password reset on the other email it said there was not an account under that email. I also tried the web portal for the Deco and when it asked for the password associated with the account it was the password for the account I am using.

@David-TP I send one thank you. As to your question, yes the password for the account I'm logged into on the deco app I can use to log into the web admin portal.
