Hello! I'm using a TP-Link BE3600 connected to my T-mobile modem. It randomly stopped providing any actual internet connection even though it's putting out my WiFi signal, and I cannot connect to the settings page at all even by the IP.

I've done a factory reset, multiple restarts of my router and modem, tried connecting to it with Ethernet or WiFi, and everything else Google says.

my modem is putting out WiFi, as when I Ethernet directly to the modem I get internet. Even after a factory reset I cannot connect. All of the lights are on and white, the plugs are all in. I only bought this router about 2 weeks ago so I'm not sure what else to do.

Hello @LondonHorn ,

Welcome to our community.

Is the internet light also white on? If yes, please try to following suggestions:

1. Log in to the web management interface of the router (http://tplinkwifi.net), go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings > Change the DNS Servers to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.

2. Turn off the Modem and the Router, then power on the Router, Turn on the modem once the router is fully powered on.

Get more detailed steps from the FAQ: What should I do if I cannot access the internet through a Wi-Fi router?
