Wifi connectifity issued after autoupdate
After this night (1/6/2026) auto update to 1.5.1 (from 1.4.1) Wifi on 6GHz is completely unusable. 5GHZ is also lagging. Neither my MacBook pro M3, Samsung S10, Ipad Air 6 nor One plus 15R can get a stable connection faster than ~ 80mbps. With the 1.4.1 Firmware it was running perfect.
My Access Point - also an AXE75 -which did not auto update is still running perfect with 1.4.1.
Since the 1.5.1 is not listen on TP-links firmware website I strongly suggest you disable auto update until they fix it.
I'll try later to downgrade firmware if possible.

Hi
My axe75 too does not see any v1.5.2 fw available for auto update. No v1.5.2 on the website (france) neither.

Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 20251202 rel.60030(5553)
Hardware Version: Archer AXE75 v1.0
Hi Joseph, I'm having problems with high latency of 200 to 400ms on 6G Wi-Fi. On 5G Wi-Fi it's normal, but after a while the latency rises to 300ms. Tests were done using Quest 3 and Virtual Desktop for PCVR games.
If you could send the beta firmware, since when I try to update it says my firmware is already up to date.
Tks

@Joseph-TP Not yet. I'm located in the United States and using HW v1.0. I'd like to wait for an update through the auto update process for security purposes.

Just a heads up for everyone in the US, you can now download the firmware through the router auto update or update now function! 1.5.2 was finally released.

Thank you for the heads up about the firmware update. My HW Version is 1.0 on the AXE5400 with a firmware number of 1.5.2 now. Hope that's the correct firmware.
I just updated it now so I'll let you know if there are any hiccups.

So I do have the newest updated firmware now 1.5.2 after the auto update. The family members at home are getting randomly kicked off and having to log back on. The update you had sent us seemed to fair much better and this update seems to have made more trouble. Is it possible to roll back to the one you sent us individually if we're having trouble with this 1.5.2 official firmware? Thank you.

So I am not 100% sure, but it seems to be affecting the wifi signal and device connections with VPN Client enabled. Doesn't even matter if the device is on the list of devices being routed through the VPN , sporadic disconnects keep happening. Once I disable VPN client service the wifi seems to have recovered and working like it's supposed to.

Hi @Snoopyy ,
As far as I know, the official 1.5.2 version should be identical to the previously released 1.5.1 beta.
Have you recently changed any settings?
Of course, you can check the beta firmware I sent you via Message and manually install it to see if it restores a stable connection for your WiFi device.
