The preview is not showing up in the Tapo app when looking at all cameras. I've tried rebooting and removing/adding the camera, wifi signal is strong. Preview was working when cameras were initially setup. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi,
If you see a black screen in the Tapo app > Cameras tab but the camera is online, tap the Play icon on the black screen to load the camera's live stream, then check if the page is still there after re-tapping the Cameras tab later.
