Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.9.1

My Windows laptop keeps loosing internet connection. In the DECO app, I see that my laptop was blocked with the following:

Defended against an attack

Classification: PROTOCOL-SNMP_request_udp (CVE-2002-0013)

My laptop connects to other wifi networks without issue, and it seems all other connected devices in our household maintain connections.

What can cause this attack?

Or is this an issue with the configuration/firmware?

Hi, is the current firmware version "1.9.1 Build 20250612 Rel. 45690"?

Based on the release note, the 1.9.1 version should have fixed the SNMP attack.

Did you run any printer scanning software or similar on the Windows laptop?

Can you also share a screenshot of the attack records?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
