I have been using my laptop for 6 months with no issues. However, today it will not get on the internet. It will connect to the Deco but without internet. However, I can connect my phone to the Deco and then hot spot to my computer from my phone and the internet works fine. I have checked to make sure my computer is not blacklisted, which it is not. I've reinstalled windows eleven, which did not do anything. At this point, i'm stuck only able to connect to internet through a hotspot. If I connect my laptop directly to the deco, it connects.But without internet. Can anyone help me?
