We are trying to find the local password AND the default password for this thing but we can't find it,  apparently it's on the label BUT WHERE? I also need a default password and I don't know where that's located either. I'll look at the video right now but please, where is it located? 
 

Note: I have no idea what the firmware version is so I took a guess, and unfortunately we have no router so our internet is slow, that is, until we the default or local password.

If you had set the router before, the password would have been set in that process. 
 

Generally, if you set it up with wifi, you use the wifi ssid snd password on the label if you have not changed it. If you use the ethernet connection for the first sign on  most times you set the password at that time. 
 

If you can connect to the internet thru the router, you should be able to get to the user interface. If unable to sign on to it, you may need to reset it to factory and do a new router setup reentering all your settings.

 

If you click on your router model in your post, it will take you to the info of that router, then click on support and you will find the user manual and the setup guide for more info.

The info you're looking for should be on the label beneath the router, and should look like this:

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest following ArcherC8's suggestion and factory resetting the router to its defaults by pressing and holding the reset button for at least 10 seconds while the router is powered on.
