  @StanP22

Thank you for the information. In an earlier version, I tried using IoT, but there were still some issues at that time.

At the moment, I have both MLO and IoT disabled. The network is now running entirely on wired connections per floor.

Unfortunately, MLO is not working optimally, which is why I decided to turn this feature off. Without MLO and IoT, the network performs reasonably well, but considering the price, I expected better performance.

  @bjornricardo

Hi, I saw the case # TKID260249429 has been forwarded to the senior engineer already, but there has been no reply on your side ever since.

If the issue still happens, could you please give an update to this email so the engineer can be informed.

Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

The issue with firmware version 1.2.1 has not been resolved for me. I have already toggled MLO on and off, and I also connected all standard devices to the IoT network.

Downgrading the firmware has slightly improved the situation. As an advanced user (I work in IT myself), I can confidently say that this is a firmware-related issue.

  @bjornricardo

Thanks for the update. Could you please also update the support ticket as well, so that the senior engineer could also be aware of the progress?

I didn't have any suggestions now, but I do hope you could cooperate with the senior engineer to locate the root cause.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @StanP22

I'm having the same issues after upgrading from the BE63 to the BE85, its been a week now and tonight my main node went solid red for a minute, three times in the past hour.  I unplugged my modem and router and seems fine for now, not sure if the logs save after a reboot but would be good to share if possible.  Currently have 3x nodes all backhaul on the latest firmware.

  @HelpFixDecoApp

already scheduled a return for this defective system.  Thought it would be a good upgrade but the be63 was actually more stable, for triple the price wasn't worth the money at all.  Will be trying the be77 since its on sale right now

I hope you have better luck with the BE77. Just an FYI there is beta firmware out for the BE77 if you want to try it once you have them up and running. You can find more info about the beta using the link below.

Deco BE68, BE67, BE77 and BE13000 Firmware 1.3.0 Introduces DoH/DoT, Internet Backup, 6RD Connection

Thanks
