IOT network option not available on Deco X20
I have a set of three Deco X20 units, US/1.26, firmware 1.6.1. I cannot get the IOT network menu to show in the Deco app.
I have tried all the suggestions, including reboot, reset, factory reset, removing all units but the main unit, etc. Nothing works.
Is there anything else I can try?

I believe I know the issue. You are currently running firmware 1.6.1 which means your on Firmware Platform 1.6.0. IoT support wasn't added till Firmware Platform 1.7.0 & 1.8.0

Just making sure I am reading the chart right? Also is there a beta for the X20 that would give them the IoT option? Please advise.

Deco X20_V1.26-1.6.1 Build 20250910 Rel. 43292 is on the 1.5.x firmware platform with an enhanced Parental Control.
- Supported more parental control functions, including SafeSearch, YouTube Restricted, APP Time Limits, Always Allowed APPs, Offtime, etc.
- Enhanced Web Filter, enriched visited/block history and optimized Blocked APPs for parental control.

If you look at David's post above he corrected me. Your units are currently on firmware platform 1.5.x and IoT support wasn't released till firmware platform 1.7.0 & 1.8.0.
So your deco's hardware does support IoT networks it's the firmware you have that doesn't support it yet.
Has for when your firmware will be update to support IoT networks I have no details on that. That is a question for David or Ryan
