Does anyone know the Wireguard VPN speeds are for the latest Travel Routers? I have a TL-WR1502X and my speeds are about 500mbps without VPN on, and drops to 33mbps when using NordVPN with Nords version of Wireguard. Are the higher models any better? When using a BE805 router, I get 1,050mbps without VPN and 880mbps when using the same VPN server.

May I know the operation mode of your router? And what type of VPN is it? Is it a VPN server or a VPN client?

If you have enabled some advanced features, please disable them for comparison.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try:

1. Test different VPN servers

2. Test wired connection speed (excluding WiFi)

3. Use speedtest.net to test local speed and VPN speed

4. Try connecting at different times of day (avoiding peak hours)
