BE800 with 3 RE655BE's
On my phone and my laptop, wifi shows full signal, but get speeds of 1-20Mbps on a gig connection. Happens several times per day to all devices. Even a reboot sometimes doesnt fix it.

@Jbrazda5023 how big of an area? That's a lot of extenders, they may be interfering with each other if they are too close to each other.
