Hi,
The Tapo app and camera do not currently have an option to set up the notification sound and volume. If the "ding" notification sound is not loud enough on your phone, please try increasing the media and ringtone volumes to see if that helps.
If you don't receive the detection notification on your phone in time, please check whether your phone's "Do Not Disturb" is enabled.
