@Jess1ca

Follow the steps to login the router’s web interface :
1 – Make sure you are connected to the router’s network .
2 – Open your web browser and visit gateway IP : 192.168.0.1.
3 – A window prompts for a Username and Password.
4 – Enter the router’s Username : admin and the Password admin.
5 – You will now be logged in, now you can make changes according to your requirements.

Several ways but the best is to connect a PC direct to the router using a good Ethernet cable, sign on to your browser and enter the IP address or link printed on a label on your router. The default domain name of the TL-WR940N is http://tplinklogin.net, the default IP address is 192.168.0.1. See chapter 3 https://static.tp-link.com/resources/document/TL-WR940N_V1_UG_111228.pdf. If those do not work, then you may need to reset the router to factory specs first.

@Jess1ca

Go to the any browser and type http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://tplinklogin.net and then enter your LAN IP of your router model.

after this enter your admin and password. after entering both of column, you can see at left side security>remote managment, Click on this link. now the remote managment is disable, now you can change easily the remote managment ip address form 255.255.255.255. if you can't able to resolve the issue then click on this link to get more information to reolve your issue.
