Deco app v1.9.18 not showing QoS & Parental Controls options
It's specifically the Parental Controls option that I need, but am unable to access. I've already logged out of the Deco app and logged back in. I've also uninstalled & reinstalled the Deco app in my attempts to resolve this. Can you help me understand how to overcome this limitation? Thanks.

@WindsorGeek Thanks, Tony. I am logged in as owner, but, realised that I'd changed the operating mode from router to ap. Changed it back and the options reappeared. It's how it's been designed. I just incorrectly assumed that I needed the kit to bet set to ap mode.

I think the account you are signing in as is only a manager account. So in that case you need to configure the HomeCare privilage for that email. That could by found by logging in as the owner, going to Managers, to the right select "Privileges" then check "HomeCare", then "Save" on the top right.
