Deco device not showing on deco app

I have successfully created the main deco network and when I check on the WiFi settings of the network, it shows that it's connected to a TP-Link account but I only have 1 TP-Link account and the app isn't showing my device and only shows the "Let's Begin" screen. The WiFi network already works and I'm currently using it but I'd like to connect my extenders to the main deco network and can't do so since it asks that you set up a deco device before connecting the extenders. Does anyone know how to fix this?
