Lenovo Yoga 700 can't see wifi from Archer AX50
I just setup a new TP-Link Archer AX50. All of our wifi devices (phones, laptops, tablet, TV) can see the networks (2.4G and 5G) and connected fine except for one: a Lenovo Yoga 700 laptop. It can see all of our neighbor's networks, but not the ones from the AX50.
Here's what I've done on the Lenovo:
- Rebooted
- Disabled the network adapter (all available networks disappear), then re-enabled it
- Made sure network adapter driver was up to date
- Found the known networks from our previous router and deleted them
- Rebooted again
Here are the relevant settings from the Lenovo:
- Lenovo Yoga 700-11ISK
- Windows 10 Home build 1903
- Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 network adapter
Driver: Microsoft, 10/17/2017, 19.51.8.3 (up to date)
Network adapter properties (that I think might be relevant):
- 802.11n Channel Width for 2.4GHz = Auto
- 802.11n Channel Width for 5.2GHz = Auto
- Wireless Mode = 802.11a/b/g
Here are the Wifi settings on the AX50 (both 2.4GHz and 5GHz):
- OFDMA = enabled
- Smart Connect = disabled
- Enable Wireless Radio = checked
- Hide SSID = NOT checked
- Security = WPA/WPA-Personal
- Version = Auto
- Encryption = Auto
- Mode = 802.11b/g/n/ax mixed
- Channel Width = Auto
- Channel = Auto
- Transmit Power = High
- Enable Airtime Fairness = NOT checked
- Enable Multi-User MIMO = NOT checked (5G only)
I temporarily enabled the Guest Network on the AX50 and my phone could see it, but the Lenovo could not.
The Lenovo is my wife's main computer so if it can't see the wifi then the AX50 goes back. :(
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
