Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20201013 Rel. 64606

One of my X20s started flashing red and had lost connection to the network. From the app I removed the unit and attempted to reset via rhe reset button. Nothing happened. Now, the LED goes from solid yellow to flashing red to solid red back to solid yellow.  Any suggestions?

Thanks but the process died on step 2.  When powering on the unit while holding the reset button the LED was a solid green and didn't change until the unit was rebooted.  Do I have any other option at this point?
