How to disable OneMesh hidden network on Archer A6 v2?

Model: Archer A6

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.1.7 Build 20201010

I bought Archer A6 after reading on these forums that they were implementing a button to completely disable the hidden OneMesh network. I can see that there's a firmware for A6 v3 (released Dec 2020) that implements the button, but so far there is no firmware for v2 (which is what was shipped to me). I have the latest v2 firmware (Nov 2020).

Are you working on a firmware update for Archer A6 v2 which will let you disable OneMesh? Otherwise I will have to return the router, unfortunately.

This beta firmware should give the button you are looking for: link

Please note it is a beta firmware so there may be other issues (not known) that may arise from updating to it.

@Tony Okay, looks like the link was broken. I replaced the escape sequences with actual brackets and the link worked.

Btw do you know when it will be available as a stable update?
