I am having a problem with my C7 router. It is successfully connected to my modem, and I get 450Mbps to my desktop via LAN.

 

However, I cannot get any connection to WiFi, 2.4G or 5G on multiple phones and tablets.

When I try to connect, I get the messages "Connected without internet" or "Failed to connect".

Both the 2.4G and 5G WiFi have SSID names and AES passwords.

 

The radio is turned on, and I have tried switching bands ...both 2.4 & 5, 2.4 only and 5 only.

I upgraded the firmware, that didn't help, so I did a factory reset.

 

Has anyone any ideas?

my guess is that you do not have an WAN IP address on your router. Sort of a common issue when changing router. Check your advance settings to see if it is zero.
