Check your WIFI settings.

Is your SSID hidden? Some devices will not connect if it is.

If you are using different SSID and password, test using the guest network with a less secure one not using special characters as some devices do not allow certain ones.

If you are using the same SSID and password as the previous router, delete the network and re-establish on the PC as some devices consider it a security issue if a different router is used. 

If using Smart Connect, try without it.

Be sure the mode is not set to AX only.

Try turning off ofdama.
