AX21 VPN Client Setup

Model: Archer AX21

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20210521 rel.72254(5553)

I am trying to setup Surfshark to my VPN Client setting and all I get when I in able is "Connecting". It never connects. I am trying both Open VPN and PPTP with the same result on both. Help!
